The Lafayette Hotel Wedding | San Diego Wedding Photographer

This Lafayette hotel wedding was one for the books! Jen and Pete said “I do” with their closest friends and family and I don’t think there was a single dry eye during their ceremony. Jen’s father was their officiant, which I thought was the sweetest, most meaningful choice. The way her dad looks at them during their first kiss makes my heart explode!

Although Jen and Pete had originally planned a much larger wedding, they made the decision to downsize in order to keep their original date. I have to say, I really love these smaller, more intimate weddings because it truly makes every detail so much more special and intentional. Due to the pandemic, they were unable to hold an official reception, but that didn’t stop them from sharing an incredibly special day with their loved ones.

The Lafayette Hotel, Swim Club & Bungalows is a gorgeous property in the heart of North Park in San Diego! It has been around since 1946 and is known for it’s old Hollywood vibe as they have hosted celebrities and filmed movies there.

Their iconic brick walls and tall white pillars will create a beautiful backdrop for any Lafayette Hotel wedding!
