Lake Cuyamaca Engagement Shoot | San Diego Wedding Photographer

This Lake Cuyamaca engagement shoot began with a sun-soaked golden field by the water, which perfectly matched the stunning rust colored dress from Lulu’s that Denisse wore! That burnt orange color is my absolutely favorite and the sunlight complimented it so well!

Before we knew it, the clouds started creeping into the mountains and the location suddenly turned in to a fall paradise! Denisse and Efren love all things fall (just like I do) so we were all squealing with excitement when the clouds created that moody effect like you see in the Pacific Northwest! I even found some trees where the colors actually turned for fall, which is SO rare in SoCal!

Their outfit change was so cute and cozy and even more perfect for this weather! I just about died over Denisse’s all white outfit, Efren’s mustard colored beanie and their Doc Martens! I told them I need them to dress me from now on because they have way better style than me!

I always get so excited when I book a Lake Cuyamaca engagement shoot because it is one of my favorite places to shoot. You seriously cannot go wrong here, no matter the season!
